Refund policy

Two products, two policies.

Software subscriptions

• Refund requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
• The purchase must have been made directly through asolpay.com.
• Requests are reviewed and processed within 3 business days.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method.
• Requests after the 24-hour window are automatically declined.

Scratch cards

What is covered, as long as the PIN has not been revealed:

• Paid but no PIN delivered (our fault) — full refund or redelivery.
• PIN already used before delivery, or rejected by the operator — we verify with the operator using the stored serial, then replace or refund.
• Order placed but payment never confirmed — nothing was charged; the hold is released.
